Work Environment: Professional Office Setting, Business Casual Attire

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact constituents or complainants to gather and discuss details of filed complaints.
• Review and interpret relevant Florida statutes to assess and analyze each complaint.
• Clearly communicate findings and outcomes to the public, demonstrating strong customer service at all times.
• Inform complainants if a case falls outside the Division's jurisdiction and explain reasons for case closure.
• Provide appropriate referrals or resources when applicable.
• Draft formal written responses for supervisor approval and send final correspondence to complainants.
• Accurately close cases by entering relevant codes, activities, and statute references into the Versa system.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all actions taken using the OnBase system.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret Florida statutes accurately.
• Prior experience interacting with the public in a professional setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to meeting project deadlines.
