Summary

I am looking for someone to fill my shoes as I take a step back as the current Director/Owner. I love the Childcare Industry and plan to be semi-available however am looking forward to the next stage of life. This would develop into a full-time position, would start as part-time during training or until fully ready to take over.

Duties

Job responsibilities:
-Maintaining high quality care on a daily basis
-Scheduling staff and students
-Filling in where and when needed
-Inventory and Ordering
-Enrollment and Tours
-Maintaining Files
-Budgeting
-Human Resources

Requirements

Qualifications:
-Level 10 or higher on WI Registry
-Able to multitask
-Good communication and people skills
-Self motivated
-Helpful if had previous experience as daycare Director or Management
