Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems
Maintain organized records and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Assist in preparing reports and retrieving information as needed
Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors to supervisors
Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality
Collaborate with team members to support administrative projects
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Strong keyboarding and typing skills (45+ WPM preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
No prior experience required – training will be provided
