Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customized estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives) solutions for clients.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and trust/business systems for tax planning and asset protection purposes.
• Advise on tax-related matters.
• Advise on and facilitate trust and estate administration matters, including probate, tax-related matters, and asset distributions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What we would like you to bring to the team…
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Nevada
• 5+ years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services.
• Outstanding time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
