Position Responsibilities:   + Provide support for a functional department(s), business leader(s), market unit and/or individuals + E xecute day-to-day operations, coordinates various office functions and performs tasks to support the department or business leader(s) + Conduct a variety of administrative tasks, i.e., managing a calendar, completing expense reports, drafting written communications of a confidential nature, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, etc. + Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters efficiently and proactively to completion + Maintain a high-level of integrity and discretion + Represent the company in a professional, calm and positive manner + Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience:   + Associates Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience Preferred Skills and Experience:   + Bachelor's D egree   Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
