We are seeking skilled Field Harvest Operators with excellent English-speaking abilities to join our team.

Job Duties Include:

1. Safely operate field harvest equipment & machinery in all field harvesting functions, which includes transporting equipment from field to field - Field Equipment includes bean pickers and tractors with dump carts.
2. Perform detail-orientated cleaning of all field harvest equipment & machinery after harvest is complete.

Must have a minimum of 3 month of experience.

* Employer will conduct a post-hire drug test of all heavy equipment operators, at no cost to the employee in order to enforce & comply with the company's drug & alcohol free workplace policy. Failing a drug/alcohol test will result in termination.
