We are looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our growing HR department and help us take our team's operations to the next level. About the Role: As an HR Assistant, you will be a key player in supporting the department's daily operations, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. You'll embody the company's values while helping to foster a productive and positive work environment for employees across all levels. Your Responsibilities Will Include: + Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. + Managing employee files and maintaining accurate records for compliance and reporting purposes. + Supporting the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and scheduling new hire paperwork sessions. + Responding to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR concerns. + Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring employee compensation matters are handled efficiently and accurately. + Coordinating HR events like employee morale days, training sessions, and wellness initiatives. Requirements + 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role. + Familiarity with HR software (Workday, ADP, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees of all levels. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail. + Discretion and reliability when handling confidential employee information. + A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
