Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join a prominent litigation firm in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position requiring expertise in discovery processes and drafting law and motion documents. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to complex litigation cases, including product liability matters, in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: - Manage a heavy discovery workload, including drafting and responding to discovery requests. - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail. - Collaborate with the litigation team on case strategies and legal research. - Ensure compliance with California litigation practices and procedural rules. - Maintain accurate billing records and track billable hours effectively. - Work remotely during standard business hours to meet deadlines and support case progress. - Apply substantive experience in civil litigation to handle complex legal matters. - Provide legal analysis and recommendations on product liability cases.
