Job Description

Summary: A food manufacturing company in Honolulu is looking for a Production Associate. You will be responsible for preparing finished fresh and cooked noodle products for packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities:

- Picks up packaged noodles from the end of the processing line.
- Check the quality of the product and packaging.
- Confirm the number of noodle portions per sleeve is accurate.
- Certify that the correct type of noodle is being packaged correctly (thickness, color, weight).
- Ensure that no foreign material is present in or outside of the packaging.
- Verify that the package is completely sealed, no visible tears or holes present.
- Assembles boxes; preps trays before filing with products.
- Neatly box and label finished packaged products.
- Pick and date products off a pull sheet to prepare them for delivery.
- Accurately counts and records total products and cases made.
- Reloads box inventory for the production facility from storage/warehouse.
- Record and move completed boxes/trays into cold storage.
- Completes required logs for documentation.
- Ensures the surrounding work area is clean, organized, clutter-free, and safe.
- Follows company rules and safe food handling and hygiene practices.
- Repack work-in-progress items into finished goods.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a production worker in manufacturing company
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Possess good hygiene practices
- Possess own transportation to the factory and driver's license

Preferred Requirements:

- Possess High School Diploma 
- Food handling experience is a plus
