And, we're offering a $1500 hiring bonus (paid in three installments at 45, 90, and 120 days of employment)!

What You'll Do Every Day:
Ignite a Love of Learning: Lead dynamic learning activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our toddlers.

Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for someone who loves working with children and is passionate about early childhood education. Experience is valuable, but a genuine love for children and a desire to learn are essential!
Ideally, You'll Have:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (strongly preferred).
At least two years of experience working in a similar role with toddlers.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to connect with parents and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, collaboration skills, and a true passion for early childhood education.
