The **Ascension Growth Marketing and Digital Experience (GMDx) Team** is transforming healthcare by delivering brand-wide experiences powered by people, design, data and technology for those we seek to serve and for those who serve. We believe empowered teams, given clear structure, goals and lightweight processes, produce great solutions. **What You Will Do:** The **Ascension GMDx Product Management Intern** will develop product management skills through various work assignments focused on our digital consumer products. You will create a stronger digital experience for those we serve by maintaining a laser focus on our consumers and their journeys. You will build relationships with stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and partner with our in-house product analytics team to complete data-driven experiments and measure outcomes. **What You Will Need** **Education:** + Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field. + We will also consider candidates in non-collegiate programs and those with applicable real-world experience. **Knowledge:** + General understanding of and experience with product development techniques and Agile methodologies. + Healthcare, Data Analytics, Platforms, APIs, or Web Localization/Optimization knowledge a plus. **Preferred Competencies:** + Skilled at organizing and paying attention to details + Ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines while remaining flexible + Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team + Excellent written and oral communication skills **Ascension Will Provide:** + Paid intern position + Intern orientation and on-boarding + Job coaching/career counseling/mentoring + Opportunity for skill development + Opportunity for networking **Intern will be responsible for:** + Great work ethic + Outstanding attendance record + Participation in Training - Learning + Remote work location but need for regular set daytime hours **Requirements** Education: + High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required. **Additional Preferences** \#GMDx \#Growth \#LI-Remote **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
