Job Description
:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and company standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and clients to bring each project to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including planning, scheduling, and on-site execution
Liaise with clients to gather event requirements and maintain communication throughout the project
Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts and budgets
Develop event timelines, floor plans, and production schedules
Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Ensure all branding and design elements are properly integrated
Troubleshoot issues on-site to ensure smooth event delivery
Track expenses and generate post-event reports
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
Availability to work flexible hours during event periods
